The customer care service of shaposh is very bad.
I ordered some clothes from their website on 28th March, 2018 under reference number MNLOZMQNB. I got an email to pay to Mr. Nazar Hussain via western union to get the clothes in next 4 to 5 working days.
I paid on the same day (i.e. 28th March, 2018) via western union and sent the receipt of payment via email.
Afterwards, I did not get a respond from shaposh. I tried to reach them via all means. I got successful contacting them via whatsapp. The person on whatsapp was very rude. He said to me that they have not got the payment yet. I said to him that the payment has been picked by Nazar Hussain. For evidence, I sent the picture from the updated status of payment received provided by western union website.
The he became very angry on getting the evidence. He used very bad words for oversees Pakistanis. He also threatened me by telling his experience for one of his international clients from UK. He said people beg to us to get their orders after paying via western union.
NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED. THEY ARE THEIVES.
